Leadership Training Camp

The 42nd INTIMA of IICS recently organized their annual Leadership and Training Camp 2018 for all the club and societies leaders, with the theme, “Breakthrough barriers”. It was held from 16th-18th March 2018, at Paradise Valley , Broga, Semenyih.

The participants did not only gain good memories and experiences, but they also built strong bonds among other affliates and INTIMA EXCOS. We look forward to more expendabilities from all the clubs and societies including collaboration within affiliates.

The activities conducted throughout the camp did not only focus on leadership skills but also effective communication, trust among team members regardless of backgrounds and how to manage unforeseen crisis.
