What is Counselling? 

Counselling is a talk therapy aimed to encourage psychological well-being.

Counselling gives an opportunity to identify your personal resources & capabilities in a confidential & safe environment.

Who are your counsellors?

We are registered & licensed counsellors within the ethical framework for good practice in accordance with the Malaysia Counsellor Act 1998 (580 Act).

Our Services

Duration of Counselling

  • 1 session may go up to 1 hour or more.

  • At least 1 session. Booking needs to be done at least 4 hours in advance.

  • Follow-up sessions depend on the issues discussed.

  • The schedule can be discussed between the counsellor & client.
