Many suicides can be prevented by people knowing the warning signs, and most importantly, knowing what to do if they recognize those signs in themselves or someone they care about.

We have one life and one chance to live it well. Life is meant to be beautiful and meaningful despite the flaws, challenges and setbacks that may push us off track.
