SSD New Policy and Services

Dear Students,

Greetings from the Student Services Department!

We are pleased to welcome you to INTI International College Subang and to our existing students, welcome back to college!

In hopes to improve our services to you, we will be introducing several changes which will take effect from 8th January 2018 onwards.

  1. IICS PALO will be the official platform for all campus communication, notices and announcements. Kindly check your email regularly to keep up to date on college news and announcements from IICS PALO.

2. The Student Services Department Website (Under ‘Digital Hub’) - SSD is proud to share our new website link! This website aims to be a centralized information hub where you will be notified of our updates, events and changes. Alternatively, you may access the website via the Digital Hub.

The SSD website also provides online services in our efforts of going paperless and improving accessibility and efficiency of this digital space. Some of these services will be fully online while others are added services for your information.

  1. Online Venue and Item Booking

  2. All venue and item bookings will now be done online. To place a booking for a venue or item, you may click on the link below. Please read the guidelines and regulations first prior to booking the venue or item.

  1. Online Counselling Appointment

  2. If you are interested in making an appointment to meet our friendly counsellors from the Counselling and Development Unit, feel free to visit their webpage to book a slot with them. Please click the link below:https://studentservicesiic.wixsite.com/tssdiics/counselling-development-unit

  1. Posters/ Publicity Materials

  2. For all clubs, societies and other student events, we have allocated two major SSD notice boards for you to publicize your events via posters. These notice boards are located at:

i. Between Block C & Block D

ii. Block A - SSD's former office notice board

  1. The spot for publicity is on a first come, first served basis. We encourage you to submit your posters at least two weeksprior to your event. Kindly submit 3 copies, A3 size posters to the SSD Office.

  2. Beyond that, you will also be able to share your events via our online calendar!
