Booking policies:
To book the sports hall, the requestor could submit a request via online or proceed to SSD directly to check on availability. All bookings must be done at least 3 days in advance. Booking is only available from 9am - 10pm on daily, except public holidays.
Rules & Regulations to use Sports Hall:
1. Usage without a confirmed booking slip or email is prohibited.
2. Usage beyond the time booked is not permitted unless the requester received an approval from SSD to do so.
3. Once reserved, it is the responsibility of the person who requested to maintain the cleanliness and order of the Sports Hall within
the time booked. Penalties will be incurred if otherwise.
4. Bookings for events or activities under clubs/societies/academic projects can only be done once the proposal is approved.
5. For tables and chairs or other setup facilities, students would need to proceed to Maintenance Office, Block A, Level 2.
